Q-1:- How fast is your shipping? 

(A) For Domestic Couriers – By surface - 4-5 Business days (after Dispatch) By Air - 3-4 business days (afterDispatch) For International Couriers - 7 – 10 Business Days (after Dispatch) All “Ready to Ship “Orders will be dispatched in 24-36 business hours once order is placed.

Q-2:- What are the courier partners whom we sent consignment?

(A) We are having tie up with best courier companies like DHL, Fedex, Professional Couriers, Maruti Couriers, Tirupati Couriers, and DTDC.

Q-3:- Can I return Final Sale items?

(A) We are conducting in-house Quality Checking of each product before dispatching. Also, we guide our customers with maximum description of the product. Hence we do not have Exchange policy. However in case of any manufacturer defect or Wrong product delivered or similar related circumstances we can consider your case. Kindly read our Return policy for detailed understanding of the same

Q-4:- How much is the shipping fee?

(A) The shipping charges are calculated on the weight of the products in your order.

Q-5:-How can I edit my shipping address?

(A) If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please contact Spicypicks right away.

Q-6:- What if I need to change or cancel my order?

(A) Once an order is placed, we’re unable to make any changes. If you do need us to cancel an order, please reach out to Spicypicks right away and be sure to include your order number in your request. We process orders super-fast, but we’ll do our best to catch it before it goes out!
